Our New Zealand owned parent company Final Touch^® has been providing on-site paint repair services to the automotive industry since 1993. Our expansion into the international market is a reflection of the quality and demand for our specialised stone chip and scratch repair system.

Our unique paint repair technology has been refined and systemized to suit the European automotive market through the development of the SMARTCHIP Paint Repair Technology system which is now available through a network of distributors in the United Kingdom and Europe.

The SMARTCHIP brand name also works to capture the buzz term of S.M.A.R.T meaning a Small Area Repair Technique. As an industry accepted repair process SMART Repairs are environmentally friendly centred on a repair not replace philosophy which is now adopted throughout the automotive sector in Europe.

SMART repairs are also positioned as a significant value added service being offered by manufacturers and dealers direct to customers in an attempt to increase productivity and enhance customer satisfaction and retention in an increasingly competitive after sales service market.

SMARTCHIP’S primary objective is to establish itself as the forerunner in providing an effective SMART repair solution for the repair of stone chips, minor scuffs and scratches on the paint finish of motor vehicles.
